It was overall clean and the stuff were so very helpful and competent, beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed an excellant soundproofing and soundproof windows in the room. It was based in very pleasant building in a perfect and perfectly comfortable location, near beach.

The weather was warm, had warm stay for one night. The room was nice with balcony when I arrived. The staff were good and informative all the time. The location was marvellous and stunning, close to the beach, in the lovely area. Explored Captain Cook Memorial Museum Whitby, that is located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The facilities in the standard double room were clean, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvellous and fab, 15 min walk from bus station. The beach was a short walk from the hotel I stayed at. The restaurant was pleasant for dinner and for every budget.

Everything was good, however we stayed for 5 nights only. The location of the hotel was central, close enough to an Ocean Front one, the ferry and the train and the tourist district and the tourist district. It also was to the bus stop to go to Mont-Saint-Michel❤
